1. Signing in and first-time setup
- Open your site’s address and add
/dashboard(e.g.yourrestaurant.com/dashboard). - Enter the username and password you received from us and click Sign in.
- On your first sign-in the Account setup screen opens — enter your email, phone and a new password, then Save and continue.
- Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen click Forgot your password?, enter your email and you will receive a link to set a new one.
Panel language: you can switch the language (SR / EN / RU) in the panel header. It changes the panel only, not the customer-facing site.
The left menu has: Orders (Orders, Analytics, Customers), Items (Items, Promotions), Appearance (Home page, Images), Settings (Settings, Delivery, Users, Activity log) and Kitchen. Staff only see the sections they have permission for (see Users and permissions).
2. Menu: categories, items, add-ons and combos
Open Items. The sub-tabs at the top are: Items · Categories · Add-ons · Sides · Combo.
Suggested order: create categories first, then add-ons/sides (if you use them), and only then items.
Categories
- Categories tab → + New category.
- Enter a name (e.g. Pizzas). Change the order by dragging.
- Optionally set:
- Available from / until — the hours when the category is available (e.g. Breakfast 07:00–11:00). Leave empty if always available.
- Show in “frequently ordered together” suggestions — turn on for categories you want the cart to suggest (usually Drinks).
- The Active switch turns off the whole category — all its items disappear from the site and cannot be ordered, not even from a cart that is already open.
Items
- Items tab → + New item.
- Fill in the name, category, description, image and (optionally) a badge (e.g. New).
- Sizes / Variants — at least one is required (e.g. Small / Medium / Large, each with its own price). If the item has no sizes, add a single default one.
- Tick which Add-ons (e.g. extra cheese, paid) and Sides (e.g. salad, kajmak) apply to the item.
- Force upsell — when on, the item is always offered in the “frequently ordered together” suggestions in the cart.
- The Active switch temporarily hides the item from the menu without deleting it.
Add-ons and sides
Add-ons and Sides tabs: + New add-on / side, enter a name and price. An add-on can be linked to all items or only to selected ones.
Combo
A combo is a bundle of several items at a single (usually better) price.
- Combo tab → + New combo.
- Enter a name, image, category and the combo price.
- Under What the combo contains add items and quantities. The panel immediately shows the sum of individual prices, the combo price and how much the guest saves.
- On the site a combo looks like a regular item with an “Includes: …” list, and it is a single line in the cart.
Menu translations
The site menu is available in Serbian, English and Russian. In the edit window of a category, item, add-on or side you pick the language (SR | EN | RU) and enter the translation. Faster options:
- 🌐 Translate from Serbian in the window — fills that field’s translations using DeepL.
- 🌐 Translate all (sub-tab bar) — fills every missing translation; existing ones are left untouched.
Automatic translation needs a DeepL API key (Settings → Translations).
3. Delivery zones — KML import
Delivery zones are added only by importing a KML file. Drawing or adding a zone by hand in the panel is not possible — you prepare the zone map in Google My Maps and load it in the panel.
Step 1 — draw the zones in Google My Maps
Open mymaps.google.com and click + Create a new map.
Use Draw a line → Add line or shape to draw the zone border. Finish by clicking the first point so the shape closes.
When the name prompt appears, type the zone name and the delivery price in brackets:
Name in My Maps Result in the panel Centar (300)zone Centar, delivery price 300 RSD Liman (450)zone Liman, delivery price 450 RSD Suburbszone Suburbs, price is not taken from the name (set it manually in the table) Repeat for every zone. Only closed shapes (polygons) are imported — lines and points are ignored.
Step 2 — export KML
- In My Maps click the three-dot menu next to the map name → Export to KML/KMZ.
- Choose the entire map and make sure to tick Export as KML instead of KMZ.
- Download the file (
.kml, up to 5 MB).
Step 3 — import into the panel
- In the panel open Delivery.
- Click 📥 Import zones (KML) and pick the downloaded file.
- When it finishes you get the message “Imported N zones.” and the zones appear right away in the table and on the map.
After the import
- In the table you can edit each zone’s delivery price and minimum order (✏️ button), switch it on/off with the switch, or delete it (🗑️).
- Changing borders: fix the shape in My Maps, export KML and import it again. A zone with the same name is updated (new polygon; price only if it is given in the name) instead of creating a duplicate. The minimum order stays as it was.
- A zone without a polygon is not linked to the map and cannot be found by address (it is marked with ⚠️).
How the customer sees zones: in the cart they type the street and number, the system finds the address on the map and checks which zone it is in. The delivery price is shown, or the message “We do not deliver to this address” if the address is outside all active zones.
4. Orders and kitchen
Order overview
Orders shows a list with customer, phone, type (delivery / pickup), amount, status and time. Click Details to see items, variants, add-ons, note, zone, payment method and the amount breakdown (food, discount, delivery). Change the status in the Set status field.
Statuses: New → Confirmed → Preparing → Ready → Out for delivery → Delivered, plus Cancelled and Not picked up.
Kitchen display
Kitchen is a separate page meant for a tablet or computer in the kitchen.
- Install: open
yourrestaurant.com/dashboard/kitchenin the browser and choose Install / Add to Home screen. It works in a regular browser too. - Activate: every time you open it, tap Enable sound and notifications — this enables the sound alarm and push notifications. Without that tap the browser will not allow sound.
- When a new order arrives you hear a sound (and get a push notification on the phone, even when the app is closed).
- On the order card:
- ✅ ACCEPT — for delivery the order goes straight to preparation; for pickup you choose when it will be ready (15 / 30 / 45 / 60 min).
- ❌ Reject — the customer is told the restaurant cannot accept the order.
- 📦 READY — the food is ready.
- 🚀 PICKED UP or ⚠️ NOT PICKED UP — for pickup; the latter increases the customer’s not-picked-up counter.
- ✅ DELIVERED — for orders out for delivery.
On the site the customer sees a “Waiting for confirmation…” screen until the kitchen accepts or rejects the order.
5. Promotions and promo codes
Open Promotions → + New promotion.
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Code | The code the customer enters (e.g. SUMMER10). Unique. Not needed for automatic promotions. |
| Discount type | Percentage (%), Fixed amount (RSD) or Free item |
| Min. order | The discount applies only from that amount |
| Applies to | The whole order or only selected items |
| Automatic | Applied on its own, without entering a code, once the cart reaches the minimum amount |
| Valid from / to | The promotion’s period |
| Active | On/off switch |
Results of each promotion (number of uses, total discount and revenue) are in Analytics → Promotions.
6. Customers
Customers contains everyone who has ordered. Search by phone or name.
- ⭐ Mark favourite customers.
- In a customer’s card you see order history, add notes (e.g. allergies, regular guest) and track how many times they did not pick up an order (you can reset the counter).
- Deleting a customer also deletes all of their orders.
7. Analytics
Analytics shows turnover for the chosen period (today, week, month, 7/30/90 days, year or a custom From – To):
- total orders, total revenue, average order, number of customers;
- revenue by day, status distribution, best-selling items, delivery vs. pickup;
- top customers and the Promotions table (use of each promo code).
8. Site appearance
- Home page — edit the blocks (hero image, title, description, “About us”, menu title). Enter in a title makes a new line. You can switch blocks on or off.
- Images — the gallery: + Upload image, then enter Alt text (important for SEO) and a caption for each. Images are picked from here in items and blocks.
- Colours — in Settings → Colours / Theme you change the site colours; ↺ Reset to defaults restores the originals.
9. Settings
Open Settings and after making changes click 💾 Save settings.
- Basic — company name, logo, favicon, phone, email, address, tax ID, registration number, currency.
- Opening hours by day — times for each day (24h, e.g.
09:30or24:00). Outside opening hours the site is “closed” and orders are not possible. - Restaurant closed (manual) — close right now with your own message.
- Site maintenance mode — guests see only the logo and a message; you (signed in) use the site normally.
- Delivery — turn delivery and in-store pickup on/off, show the cookie banner.
- Delivery platforms / Social media — links to Wolt, Glovo, Mister D, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok; an empty field hides the button.
- Tracking — Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and custom code.
- SEO — description and keywords (per language).
- Translations — DeepL API key for automatic translation.
10. Users and permissions
Users → Add a user: enter username, email, phone and password, then pick the role:
- Administrator — access to everything.
- Staff — access only to the ticked sections: Orders, Items, Settings, Customers, Analytics, Promotions, Home page, Delivery, Kitchen, Images, Users.
For kitchen staff the Kitchen permission is enough (and Orders if needed).
11. Activity log
The Activity log records who signed in, from which IP address and what they changed. Filter by event and user, or search. For changes you see what it was and what it is now, and the Restore button reverts the changed fields to their previous values — a handy way to fix an accidental price or menu change.
12. How a customer orders
- The customer opens the site, picks a language (SR/EN/RU) and browses the menu by category.
- An item with variants opens a window to choose size, add-ons and sides; Add to cart.
- In the cart they see “Frequently ordered together” suggestions, enter a promo code and choose Delivery or Pickup.
- For delivery they type an address — they see the zone, price and minimum order, or a message that you do not deliver there.
- They enter name and phone, choose the payment method and click Order now to send the order.
- They wait for the kitchen’s confirmation and then get a notice that the order was accepted.
13. FAQ and troubleshooting
An item is not visible on the site. Check that the item is active, that its category is on, and that it is currently within the category’s opening hours. Also check that the restaurant is not manually closed.
A customer says we cannot deliver to their address. Check that the zone is active in Delivery and has a polygon (no ⚠️). If the address is right at the border, fix the border in My Maps and re-import the KML.
The KML import reports an error. Check that you exported KML, not KMZ, that the file is under 5 MB and that the map contains closed shapes (polygons).
No sound or notifications in the kitchen. Tap Enable sound and notifications, allow notifications in the browser and use an HTTPS address. On iPhone, add the app to the Home screen first.
“Frequently ordered together” suggestions do not appear. Suggestions are calculated from past orders and appear only for categories with the option on — some order history is needed.
I accidentally changed a price or the menu. Open the Activity log and click Restore on that change.
